Porcupine

Patient of the Month on:
Nov 2011

This porcupine was found along the side of the road near Crescent City with a broken back leg and damage to her pelvis.  She was probably hit by a car.  We transported her to Lindsay Wildlife Museum and they were able to surgically repair the fracture.  She will not be releaseable and is currently in quarantine at the Sequoia Park Zoo waiting her coming our as their newest native animal.
